This evening we performed emergency maintenance on the system. While there was no downtime. Some users may have been logged out. If you have been logged out, you should be able to log back in and resume normal activities on the site at this time. If you continue to experience problems. Please completely close your browser (close all browser windows on PC or Command-Q on Mac). Then re-open your browser and navigate back to the site. <div>New Features and Enhancements - CollegiateLink version 4.3 </div> <div> </div> Today we released CollegiateLink version 4.3 to our hosted system. Campus server installations will be updated as soon as possible based on your institution's policies. New Features: <ul> <li>New Additional Field Type: File Attachment You can now add file uploads to the org profile, event, financial requests, space reservation, and user profile forms through the Administration / Additional Fields function! </li> <li>Organizations may now paste in a list of emails to add members to their roster instead of typing in members one at a time! The emails in the list may be separatedwith commas, spaces, or returns. </li> <li>Organizations may now turn off the Request To Join function for their group by unchecking a checkbox on their organization profile. Turning off Request To Join for a group removes the Join link from the organization's entry on the public list. <ul> <li>This feature can be combined with the auto approve members function to make it so organizations can choose to allow anyone to join instantly. Contact support for assistance with this function!</li> </ul> </li> <li>The Registration Forms feature now allows filtering by submissions status. When viewing submissions to a registration process, by default only the submissions awaiting approval will be shown. A link is provided to show all submissions (already approved, assigned, etc). </li> <li>Reminder Emails to Administrators will be sent every few days whenever there are submissions awaiting review in the Events, Registration Forms, Involvement Requests, Space Reservations, and Financial Requests queues. This feature may be disabled on a per user basis through that user's notification settings or by removing that user from Full Admin Access to a specific feature. We can also disable it completely for you if it's not ideal for your campus. </li> <li>The document category "Constitution/Bylaws" has been locked for editing by organizations except through org registration processes (so orgs cannot just change their constitution uploaded to the site any time) </li> <li>CollegiateLink's Web Services have been updated with a new action: getFullOrgRoster. This action outputs a full member roster for an organization including members imported and/or unconfirmed.
