New Features

Hide Membership from CCT by Organization Type

To help keep the Co-Curricular Transcripts (CCT) of users tidy we've added a new setting that let's administrators set memberships associated with a specific organization type to be hidden by default. Making it easy to hide affiliations with campus departments. office, or other groups that aren't considered true co-curricular engagement.

 

Maintenance Updates

  • Made RSS feed default duration setting available for direct control by campus administrators
  • Ensured that "Customization Full" position permissions enabled access to organization cover photo and organization interests management screens
  • Addressed an issue that was not allowing users to log into Corq if they had used the app for more than 6 months
  • Re-enabled event images in the RSS and API feeds
  • Clarified the process for users to set their roster privacy election at the time of accepting a membership/position with an organization
  • Corrected an issue where category filters did not bring back correct events when large numbers of events were displayed on the calendar view of events
  • Corrected an issue with the involvement import process that was preventing the creation of separate membership periods for a single user in a single organization
  • Performance and security improvements
