New Features

New event attendance tracking process 

In an effort to simplify and increase the flexibility of the live event attendance tracking (swiping ID cards) we've replaced the previous process with one that allows for anyone with the appropriate access code to act as the attendance taker.  This enables users who do not have Events Full privileges the ability to track attendance without the need to login to the system. 

Randomization of form response possibilities

We've added the ability for form and election builder to shuffle the answer choices for participants.  This helps you evenly distribute possibilities across the population, especially important in certain types of elections.

Event creation updates

In advance of our release of multi-date event submission we've cleaned up and reorganized the event submission form making it easier to understand and more mobile-friendly.

Additional curriculum building features

To assist curriculum builders while creating multiple curriculums we've added additional filters on the curriculum item grid to make it easier to keep things organized.


Maintenance Updates

  • Replaced full event description text with link to event in Google calendar link
  • Fixed an issue where "All Users" report was failing when including additional fields in export criteria
  • Resolved a scenario where links to documents stored in CollegiateLink were not properly displayed in event descriptions
  • Performance and security improvements
