Similar to a native email platform, our messaging system allows you to communicate directly with the people in your campus networks. All CollegiateLink messages also send an email copy, unless a user explicitly disables email forwarding in their personal notification settings. You can find all of your messages in your personal inbox.

  1. Click the drop down menu under your name in the upper right hand corner of your screen. A blue dot next to your name indicates if you have new messages.
  2. Click on Messages in the drop down menu.
  3. Click on the subject of any messages you'd like to read.
  4. You can reply directly by entering the text of reply, and clicking on Reply at the bottom of the page or replying from your email.

If you receive this message, "You cannot reply to messages generated by the system." you have received an internal notification, such as ones regarding a form, registration approval, and others.

If you would like to delete a message, check the box to the left of each message you want to delete, and then click Delete. To empty your entire inbox, click Empty Inbox at the top right of the page to clear all messages from your inbox.
