I am seeing an issue with getting officer confirmation form for officers who are assuming positions left vacant by previous officers. Is there a way for new officers to get the officer confirmation form AFTER the registration deadline has passed?

I created an change of officer form that our student submit and then I verify their ability to hold office. One question that I ask is if they have a SBLife profile. Once the student is approved to hold officer I click approved and ask the club to manually change their roster.
