Edit Existing Events

From the Events option on the Administration page:

1. Locate the event you’d like to edit by scrolling through the list of all events.

2. Click on the name of the event you’d like to edit.

3. You can edit the Name, Location, Date/Time, Description, Event Flyer, Type, RSVP Option, and/or Organization.

4. Go to the Categories tab to add or remove categories associated with the event.

5. Click “Save” to update the changes made to this page. You will return to the administration event listing.

 

View Events

From the Events option on the Administration page:

1. Locate the event you’d like to view by scrolling through the list of all events.

2. Click on the View icon to the far right of the event name.         ViewEvent.png

OR

3. Locate the event on the main Events tab.

OR

4. Go to the host organization's events page.

 

Cancel Events

From the Events option on the Administration page:

1. Locate the event(s) you’d like to remove in the list by scrolling through the list of all events.

2. Click “Cancel” to the far right of the event title.

3. Comment on the reason for cancellation, as a message is sent to all who RSVPd to the event.

4. Confirm cancellation of the event.
