1. Go to your campus site.

2. Click on the “Add To Your Site” link located just above the flyerboard.

3. Copy the HTML text in the box that appears to the right of the link and paste this into the code for your site.

** This link can be provided to IT staff to facilitate the inclusion of the flyerboard on any other website. **

4. You will return to the CollegiateLink site upon clicking on any event on the flyerboard from another website.

I only the flyerboard on my site to only show the events from my department.  How do I filter out the other events?

I want the flyerboard on a site to only show events from certain departments.  How do I filter out events we don't want displayed on our site?

Hi Ryan,

You can set what events show up on the flyerboard based on the "Event Type". Public means it shows for anyone that hits your site. Campus Only means you have to be logged into the system to see the event on the flyerboard. Invite only means you have to be invited to see that event and Organization Only means you have to be a part of that organization. There is no way to filter the events any more on the flyerboard. However, you can go into the Events tab and filter events by specific event categories to find what you are looking for.

Hope this helps!

Being able to sort the flyerboard by organization and/or organization type would be a very helpful feature for us and I would assume many other institutions who are attempting to make the use of collegiatelink a campus-wide event calendar.  For example, if our multicultural website could have a flyerboard of events tagged as multicultural that could help someone looking at that page find the kind of events they are searching for.  If events sponsored by Career Services could be the only events that show up on a flyerboard on their office's website, Career Services would see more apt to use CollegiateLink for all events.
