Under the “My Involvement” menu option at the top of the screen, you can access all of your personal interactions on campus. You can access My Memberships to see all the current and past organizations that you belong to listed. Expand an organization, and a button is provided to you to “Leave Organization”, which will terminate your membership to that particular organization.

Click on "Leave Organization" and confirm that you want to end your current membership with that organization.
